The Sunbeams September Stroll will take place on Sunday, September 6, in support of Annie Mawson’s Sunbeams Music Trust, which delivers music therapy to disabled and disadvantaged people across Cumbria. The walk follows the former Keswick to Penrith railway line, now part of the Lake District National Park’s “Walking Without Stiles” route. Penrith Building Society, the main sponsor of this year's event, said: "We’re delighted to support Sunbeams Music Trust as the main sponsor of this year’s September Stroll. Funds raised will support the delivery of music therapy sessions at the Sunbeams Music Centre, as well as at more than 55 outreach venues across Cumbria.
