SUPERIOR — A federal court judge ended a lawsuit filed by a former Superior police officer against the city of Superior and four past and present police officers. Mikayla LeRette, a former narcotics investigator with the Superior Police Department who resigned in September, filed the lawsuit claiming violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and her Fourth Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution. Jeffrey Harriman and Assistant Chief Michelle Pope — all with supervisory responsibilities over LeRette — were named in the suit.
