Not only did councillors unanimously approve the pickleball resolution, but the gallery-filling delegation earned praise for coming to the meeting and participating in democratic process. "We’re very pleased that council voted unanimously to support this resolution," said Terry Bryson, who organized the turnout, which he estimated at 40 citizens. "It shows they recognize both the growth of pickleball and the importance of maintaining safe municipal facilities.
