Repairs are under way in the Ingrave area, near Brentwood, which has led to the installation of temporary traffic lights on the A128 Brentwood Road and at the junction with School Lane. An Essex and Suffolk Water spokesperson said: "We know this is a really busy route so delays will be likely and we’d encourage motorists to allow extra time for their journey. "Our teams will be working around the clock to get things back to normal as quickly as possible. "We're sorry for the disruption this is causing and really appreciate motorists patience and understanding while we carry out these repairs." Traffic is slow between Brentwood and Herongate.
