Hyperliquid, a decentralized perpetuals exchange, has reported a significant shift in its dynamics, with real-world assets (RWAs) surpassing crypto transactions for the first time in a single week.
According to a tweet by @laurashin, individual stocks accounted for 61% of the RWA volume.
During the week of July 13 to 19, 2026, Hyperliquid’s RWA activity generated $25.1 billion out of a total $48.2 billion in weekly volume.
