A new technology offer from Vodafone will help music fans stay connected throughout the event from July 30 to August 2. Kendal Calling, taking place at Lowther Deer Park, will be headlined by Two Door Cinema Club, Biffy Clyro and Wolf Alice. Vodafone is addressing this issue by offering a free seven-day network trial through a QR code available on festival grounds. Device settings allow for easy switching between the Vodafone network and the user's primary provider throughout the trial. Vodafone is a long-standing member of the telecoms industry, since the first mobile phone call made on its network in 1984.
