Vestand, Formerly Yoshiharu, Delisted from Nasdaq
['Emily Santiago-Molina']
Orange County Business Journal
Nasdaq delisted Brea-based Vestand Inc., previously known as Yoshiharu Ramen, on July 27.
The company, which went public in 2022, started trading on the OTC Pink Limited Market the same day.
The Nasdaq Hearings Panel cited “the prolonged absence of public disclosure and the change in the company’s business, and expressed reservations regarding the company’s experience and institutional stability” for its decision to delist, according to a July 28 regulatory filing.
Yoshiharu-turned-Vestand is a ramen chain that pivoted operations in 2025 to include real estate development and digital asset ventures.
It has failed to meet listing requirements, such as maintaining a minimum share price of $1 and filing quarterly and annual reports on time since late last year.
