The transactions mark another watershed moment in a wide-reaching Breckenridge Grand Vacations project that is set to transform residential living in town and by Breckenridge Ski Resort. Combined with nearby luxury townhomes and high-end projects transforming Breckenridge’s landscape, Breckenridge Grand Vacations sales have approached $200 million over the past year. Working alongside Vail Resorts, Breckenridge Grand Vacations designed each homesite to allow flexibility to design custom upscale residences. At the topmost cul-de-sac in Breckenridge’s Timber Trail neighborhood, construction on the Victory Ridge luxury homesites has begun. One workforce housing building adjacent to the Independence Townhomes, recently dubbed the Goldrush Flats, will provide dormitory-style accommodations for local employees.
