- Advertisement -The Lagos State Government has inaugurated the rehabilitated Road E and new disposal platforms at the Olusosun Disposal Facility in Ojota to improve waste evacuation and strengthen waste management infrastructure across the state. The project, executed through the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), is aimed at easing operational challenges associated with waste disposal. “This project represents another milestone in our commitment to building a more efficient and resilient waste management system for Lagos,” Gbadegesin said. Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s commitment to strengthening waste management infrastructure through strategic public-private partnerships. He noted that waste management was resource-intensive and required strategic partnerships, technical expertise and sustained investment.
