Lucius is the manager of the Hotel Intercontinental Vienna, which is the pinnacle of luxury at the time it was established. He also contemplates punching his face, which is understandable since Facundo wants to buy and rebuild the hotel he calls his home. Lucius’ daughter, Lilly, was raised in this very hotel, and the hotel staff practically raised her. We learn that Lilly wants to start over, and she wants the sale to happen. Lucius meets Facundo in the bar of the Intercontinental, and Facundo is genuinely impressed by how many customers the bar still draws.
