MONTCLAIR, N.J. — WMSC 90.3 FM, the student radio station of Montclair State University, has been named a finalist for a 2026 National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Radio Award in the College Radio Station of the Year category.
The station was first named a finalist in 2017 for Best Non-Commercial Station of the Year, followed by College Radio Station of the Year nods in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
The nomination continues a run of national recognition for WMSC, which has earned honors from College Broadcasters, Inc. and the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System in recent years, including Best College Radio Station.
Winners of the 2026 Marconi Radio Awards will be announced Tuesday, October 20 at the Edison Ballroom in New York City, the night before NAB Show New York.
