University Centre South Essex (UCSE) has confirmed it will remain based at The Forum and continue delivering degree-level education from the building's third floor. The centre is part of South Essex College and not affiliated with the University of Essex. However, University Centre South Essex has reiterated it is not closing and is instead expanding its role within the landmark building.
