Google Search interest for WWE NXT has been 20% lower during the latest three-month period than during the preceding three months. I mentioned back in my recent Raw analysis that the Monday night show had lost 3% 90 day to 90 day and that it wasn’t horrific, but 20% is…well it’s a lot. It’s not just the fact that Google Search interest is down (which isn’t the be-all-end-all, but it is the biggest search engine on the planet, so the numbers matter on a business level) over the last 90 days, ‘WWE NXT’ as a term is 7% lower than during the same period last year. Google Trends scores measure relative search (interest rather than the total number of searches) and the highest point in the selected location and period is assigned a score of 100. Where WWE NXT interest peaked and dippedThe highest point of the entire last-90 day period came around the June 2 episode, which got the trend score of 100 (meaning interest was highest at that point, like I mentioned earlier).
