On November 4, 2025, we published online a list of 115 personnel of the Department of State Service (DSS) who were dismissed from their service. The list contained the name of Oluwafemi Oluwaseyi, who had voluntarily disengaged from the organisation on January 29, 2025, and his resignation was accepted. We have since discovered that the inclusion of his name among the dismissed personnel was a grave error for which we were misled. We want to sincerely apologise to Mr. Oluwafemi Oluwaseyi for the embarrassment the publication might have caused him. The error is regretted.
