Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester businessman was arraigned today in Olmsted County Court on a felony assault charge. Charged With Domestic Incident Involving GunCourt records indicate that 34-year-old Jordan Michael Kilian is charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon in connection with an incident in rural northwest Rochester on Monday. The charges say the man then opened his eyes and saw Kilian pointing a handgun at his face while ordering him to leave the house. Kilian owns and operates three vehicle repair and maintenance businesses in Rochester.
