Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester businessman was arraigned today in Olmsted County Court on a felony assault charge.
Charged With Domestic Incident Involving GunCourt records indicate that 34-year-old Jordan Michael Kilian is charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon in connection with an incident in rural northwest Rochester on Monday.
Get our free mobile appAccording to the criminal complaint against Kilian, Olmsted County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of an assault at a home in Cascade Township.
The charges say the man then opened his eyes and saw Kilian pointing a handgun at his face while ordering him to leave the house.
Kilian owns and operates three vehicle repair and maintenance businesses in Rochester.
