(ABC 6 News) — A Rochester man is facing assault charges after allegedly shoving a woman into rocks and pointing a gun at a man while he was sleeping in a home. He told deputies when he opened his eyes, he saw Kilian pointing a handgun at his face. According to court documents, deputies later found Kilian in NW Rochester with two other people and detained him. He told deputies he saw Kilian and the man arguing at the home and saw Kilian push the woman. Kilian denied pointing his gun at anyone and denied hitting the woman, claiming she actually hit him with her phone.
