Following the chief scoutmaster’s remarks, Sandra Vartanian delivered the Homenetmen Central Executive message, stating that every Pan-Homenetmen event in recent years has reaffirmed the enduring strength of the organization’s ideals and values, and that the 13th Pan-Homenetmen Jamboree is no exception. Visit to Yerablur National CemeteryPrior to the Yerevan march, jamboree participants visited the Yerablur Military Pantheon to pay tribute to the fallen heroes of the Artsakh Liberation War, the Four-Day War and the 44-Day War. Upon arriving at Yerablur, scouts representing Homenetmen’s 26 regions and four Iranian scouting organizations joined former Dadivank abbot and spiritual pastor of the Holy Martyrs Chapel at Yerablur, Reverend Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, in reciting the Lord’s Prayer. Homenetmen Central Executive Committee Chairman Hakob Khacherian and Jamboree Chief Scoutmaster Ruben Nalbandian laid a wreath in memory of the immortal martyrs. Following the Lord’s Prayer, remarks were delivered by Raffi Davidian, a member of the jamboree executive leadership, and Avetis Dervishian, a member of the Homenetmen Central Executive Committee.
