A hearing is set Wednesday morning on Baltimore City’s Opioid Restitution Fund.
The hearing before the Baltimore City Council’s Public Health and Environment Committee will examine how the money from the fund is spent.
Baltimore has received more than $400 million in settlements with drug companies to address the opioid crisis.
The money is used for treatment, addiction and overdose initiatives.
Earlier this year, the Supreme Court of Maryland vacated a $152 million award the city won against the company, now known as Cencora.
