Documents state the proposal would not involve any new floorspace, extensions or additional storeys, with the site remaining as a single commercial unit. Supporting documents state the changes are intended to enhance how the property is used while preserving its historic character. The heritage statement also says the proposals would "enhance how the property is used and its presence on the banks of the River Quaggy". The application is currently awaiting a decision from Lewisham Council.
