TASS
All those involved in the attacks by Ukraine on passenger buses in Russian regions will bear responsibility, according to a commentary by Russian Foreign Ministry official representative Maria Zakharova.
The Ukrainian commanders who issued the criminal orders to attack passenger buses knowingly violated the norms of international humanitarian law."
"All those involved in these attacks will bear responsibility - retribution is inevitable.
"We call on all responsible members of the international community, including relevant international structures and independent media, to respond publicly and unequivocally to the bloody actions of Ukraine.
Concealing Kiev's crimes will be regarded as incitement to terrorism and connivance with violations of international humanitarian law in the conflict," she concluded.
