Porter’s Chapel Academy and Tallulah Academy kept trading fumbles and points in the fourth quarter like hot potatoes. When the dust settled, it was Tallulah that got burned and PCA was left holding the victory. Tallulah fumbled at its own 30-yard line, PCA gave it back on the next play, and Tallulah put it on the ground again two plays later to give PCA the ball back again with 1:30 to go. PCA got a pass interference penalty and a short run to move inside the 10, and then Nelson scored for the lead. A deep kickoff by PCA’s Jackson Blackmon sailed over the coverage and pinned Tallulah inside its own 10-yard line on the game’s final possession.
