Tuesday opens early voting

If you plan to vote in person in the upcoming primary but cannot make it to the polls on Election Day, it's time to visit your local municipal clerk.
Early voting began Tuesday and will be available during normal business hours through Aug. 7, the Friday before the Aug. 11 primary.
Because it is a partisan primary, you must select one political party's ballot and vote only for candidates within that party.
That includes the Republican primaries for Door County sheriff, Kewaunee County sheriff and Wisconsin state Senate, along with the Democratic primaries for Wisconsin governor and U.S. representative.
