Prisoners are turning creativity into hope through an art scheme that aims to break the cycle of homelessness and reoffending. The Prison Art Project, run by homelessness charity Alabaré, is helping inmates channel their energy into artwork, with pieces now available for public purchase to support rehabilitation. Laura Joy, manager of Alabaré’s Prison Art Project, said: "I’m delighted that participants are having their artworks seen outside of their cells and internal art classes. The growing art collection is available to view and purchase through Alabaré’s online shop, with new pieces added regularly.
