Salisbury City Council has opened its latest round of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding, inviting community groups and organisations to apply for financial support for projects that could make a difference. CIL funding is collected from new housing developments and reinvested into infrastructure projects that support community growth and development. Councillor Victoria Charleston, chair of the Communities Committee at Salisbury City Council, said: "The money is there to support residents and communities to improve Salisbury. Potential applicants can contact Andrew Hunt, corporate manager at Salisbury City Council, by emailing ahunt@salisburycitycouncil.gov.uk for guidance or to discuss project ideas. The application form is available on the Salisbury City Council website.
