ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Regional Health celebrated its new mental health center Tuesday, combining outpatient mental health and addiction recovery services under one roof. The $5 million investment is designed to make care more connected and accessible for the community. Officials said the center will expand access to community-based mental health and addiction recovery services.
