July 28 (Reuters) - AT&T on Tuesday ‌said it completed ‌its $23 billion acquisition ​of some wireless spectrum licenses from EchoStar under a ‌deal ⁠announced in August 2025. The U.S. ⁠mobile carrier will add approximately ​50 ​MHz ​of low-band ‌and mid-band spectrum covering virtually every market across the U.S., including 30 ‌MHz of ​nationwide ​3.45 ​GHz mid-band ‌spectrum and approximately 20 ​MHz ​of nationwide 600 MHz low-band ​spectrum.
