After going 15-17 last season and missing the NCAA Tournament for the fifth consecutive season, the Syracuse men's basketball program is looking to make major improvements under new head coach Gerry McNamara. And while not as challenging as those contests, Syracuse did announce another non-conference matchup on Tuesday with in-state foe Binghamton.
