Traffic delays have plagued parts of the Gold Coast during the morning peak as police attempt to negotiate with man at the top of a building crane. The man was seen scaling the large crane off The Esplanade at Burleigh Heads just after 6am on Wednesday. A stretch of The Esplanade has been shut down while the Queensland Fire Department, police and paramedics attend the scene.
