Residents and visitors in Winter Park now have another public transportation option. The on-demand service operates similarly to ride-hailing services, allowing users to request door-to-door rides through the Lift Flex app. Riders can request trips throughout the town of Winter Park, including Parkside at Winter Park Resort. The service area and operating hours will change during the winter, when The Lift’s Brown and Orange routes resume service. The program was identified as a priority in The Lift and the town of Winter Park’s five-year transit plan, adopted in 2024.
