Javy Báez has been on the IL since April 29, and Tigers fans have actually kind of missed him. After months of inactivity, the Tigers finally sent him on a rehab assignment on July 21. The Tigers will need to make a roster move to welcome Báez back, and there's really only one right answer: DFA James Outman. In 33 games and 89 at-bats, Outman is hitting .157 with a .517 OPS as a Tiger. His .157 average and .501 OPS between the Twins and Tigers make him one of the worst hitters in baseball.
