For camps of the same size operating for 3–5 days, the assistance has been enhanced from ₹6 lakh to ₹9 lakh. Camps of 10,001–15,000 sq ft will now receive ₹6 lakh instead of ₹4 lakh for 3–5 days and ₹8 lakh instead of ₹7 lakh for 6–12 days. Camps of up to 5,000 sq ft will receive ₹2 lakh instead of ₹1.5 lakh for 3–5 days and ₹3 lakh instead of ₹2 lakh for 6–12 days. The government has also retained the provision of free electricity up to 1,200 units for Kanwar camps. District Magistrate offices will provide timely assistance to Kanwar committees during the yatra.
