ROCHESTER — The eastbound lanes of 40th Street Southwest from the Highway 63 ramp to St. Bridget Road Southeast have reopened.
The lanes were closed briefly Tuesday morning, July 28, 2026, because of a crash, a Rochester Police Department notice said.
