ROCHESTER — A motorcycle rider died in a crash near Highway 63 Tuesday. According to Rochester police, at about 11:05 a.m., officers responded to 40th Street Southeast and Woodlake Drive, where an SUV and motorcycle collided on the Highway 63 ramp. ADVERTISEMENTThe adult man on the motorcycle died at the scene. Rochester police closed the eastbound lanes of 40th Street Southeast for further investigation. The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota Department of Transportation assisted with the crash scene and response.
