Ottawa County JailOTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. -- An Elkhart man faces multiple charges after allegedly shooting five people, including four minors, in western Michigan. Investigators say this happened in Ottawa County. Four teenage minors and a 19-year-old were found shot. All victims were treated and released, barring one minor who is expected to survive. He remains in the Ottawa County Jail.
