The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay continues to strengthen its global impact as Rasoul Rezvanian, professor of finance and the Austin E. Cofrin Endowed Chair in Business, has been named a 2026–27 Fulbright U.S. Scholar to Azerbaijan. The award marks Rezvanian’s third Fulbright appointment, placing him among a select group of scholars worldwide to earn the distinction three times. “When you go outside the country, you realize how much of an impact you can have on people’s lives,” said Rezvanian. The experience will also create new opportunities for UW-Green Bay students and faculty. “Professor Rezvanian’s Fulbright appointment reflects that commitment and highlights the expertise of our faculty on an international stage.”
