Safe ‘N Sound is a community-based organization that has been operating in Owen Sound since 2007, offering supports, advocacy and services to individuals experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, poverty and marginalization. Pedlar described Safe ‘N Sound as the “catch all” for any system that wasn’t working for people. Safe ‘N Sound currently operates four transitional housing units at that location as well.
