City manager Tim Simmonds said Monday that staff intend to come back in September with details about what goes into an OPP costing.
It is strictly a budgetary matter and it makes fiscal common sense to ask for an OPP costing when you look at the numbers of what other jurisdictions are paying versus what we are paying.”
