Rogers-based Hunt Ventures recently opened The Visionaries, a 200,000-square-foot class A office building in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers. Nearly $83 million in commercial building permits have been issued for the four-story, 400,000-square-foot development at 3800 S. J.B. Hunt Drive. “The Visionaries is named in honor of the entrepreneurs and business leaders whose vision helped shape Northwest Arkansas into the thriving business community it is today,” said Johnelle Hunt, chairman and owner of Hunt Ventures. Cushman & Wakefield / Sage Partners is the developer, exclusive leasing agent and property manager, with Allen serving as Hunt Ventures’ exclusive leasing agent. The development’s office space is 85% leased, and Nestlé is the anchor tenant.
