State Department of Education releases Kindergarten Readiness AssessmentThe State Department of Education has released the kindergarten readiness assessment results for the 2025-2026 school year. For early learning collaboratives, 30.52 percent scored above the target in Fall 2025 while 69.71 percent did in Spring 2026. As for state invested pre-K classes, 26.87 percent scored above target in fall 2025 while 66.34 percent scored above target in the spring. Lastly, are the scores for other public pre-k students. In the fall, 26.15 percent scored above target while 56.31 percent scored above target in the spring.
