Find out more about the winner and shortlisted entries in the Nursing in Primary Care category at the 2025 Nursing Times Awards. Winners across 25 categories, including Nursing in Primary Care, received their awards at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane. We aim to embed this model across Bradford and beyond, proving that nurse-led, people-centred care is the future of primary care excellence. We also ask for reciprocal placements in primary care, to help our secondary care SNA colleagues. Our goal was to support primary care while addressing barriers faced by the 20% not attending, particularly among underserved communities.
