The Seaham Food Festival is back this weekend, and among the highlights will be live demonstrations by popular TV chef Matt Tebbutt and Bake Off: The Professionals judge Cherish Finden. Cllr Karen Allison, Durham County Council Cabinet member for leisure, tourism, regeneration and high street, said: "It’s not long now before Seaham Food Festival returns to the beautiful shores of County Durham. (Image: Durham County Council)The line-up includes MasterChef 2012 winner Shelina Permalloo, chef and author Cyrus Todiwala, Italian influencer Francesco Mattana, and chocolatier Oli The Choc. Alongside the chef appearances, visitors can enjoy food and drink from nearly 140 traders, with street food, live music, and outdoor entertainment.
