Photo NairobiNewsThe suspect was arraigned earlier in the year when he denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Harrison Barasa at the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court. “Upon conclusion of the investigations, the file was forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), who approved charges of forgery and uttering a false document. Harrison Barasa at Miliman Anti-Corruption Court, where he denied all the charges,” part of the statement reads. “After the trial, the court on 30th September 2025 found him guilty of uttering a false document contrary to Section 353 of the Penal Code.
