Former Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) Director General Philemon Kandie has been arrested by anti-corruption officials. Kandie was arrested by officers from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) in a night raid on his home on Friday, October 3.
