The Click and Connect New Forest initiative, run by YTKO Ltd on behalf of New Forest District Council, offers free support to help people gain essential digital skills.
The aim is to help residents, particularly older adults, who feel excluded from digital services, as well as micro and small businesses and community groups.
Councillor Derek Tipp, portfolio holder for planning and economy, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for the New Forest.
"As ultrafast broadband reaches more homes and businesses, it’s vital that people feel confident using it by equipping communities and businesses with the tools to succeed in a digital world."
The programme will be delivered in libraries, community centres and business hubs across the district, with a network of trained digital champions offering peer support.
