Lawsuit over AI nudification lawElon Musk, the owner of X.AI, has filed a lawsuit against Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison challenging a state law banning AI “nudification” features. During this past Minnesota legislative session, the House passed the bill 132-1, and the Senate passed it 65-0. Ellison said in a social media post that “There are plenty of worthy debates to have about AI. AI nudification robs the target of their dignity and could cause them immense harm on many levels. Governor Tim Walz also responded to the lawsuit with a post on X, stating, “See you in court, creep.”
