Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer saw his total compensation rise to $19.37 million in 2026, according to the company’s latest proxy filing released Tuesday. That’s up from fiscal 2025 when Feltheimer received $9.82 million in total pay, and just above the $18.2 million he earned as part of his overall compensation package for fiscal 2024. Feltheimer’s 2026 compensation included an unchanged $1.5 million base salary, but his bonus rose to $6.5 million, against a $1.2 million bonus in fiscal 2025 and an $11 million bonus for fiscal 2024. Feltheimer received $10.6 million in stock awards last year, compared with $6.7 million in year-earlier stock awards and $5.42 million in fiscal 2024. And CFO James Barge received $6.3 million in overall pay in fiscal 2026, against $7.12 million in overall pay in fiscal 2025 and $8.6 million in pay for fiscal 2024.
