Miley Cyrus is plotting her return to acting as she would love to star in a "good old Shakespearean tragedy". Miley has been focusing on music in recent years but she's hoping to return to the big screen and already has ideas. In an interview with Splash star Daryl Hannah for Wonderland magazine, Miley was asked about her acting ambitions and she said: "Well …That’s partly why I wanted to get in touch. It comes after Miley recommitted herself to her music career by signing with a new record label after leaving Sony Music's Columbia Records. Just days before she released Something Beautiful on May 30th, 2025, Miley told how the follow-up record would be "extremely experimental".
