North Dakota Medora lovers: A new restaurant, Salt + Scoria, is officially open for business in the Badlands. Salt + Scoria Now Open In MedoraMany North Dakotans are making plans to get out to Medora before the summer season wraps up. KX News reports that the restaurant had a soft opening earlier this month, over the Fourth of July weekend, timed to coincide with the Presidential Library's opening. According to the Salt + Scoria website, Chef Candace Stock has filled the menu with native botanicals, North Dakota wild rice and grains, and ethically sourced bison, elk, and game.
