Emily Louise Itson Fowler, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she assaulted a 45 year-old man at his home on Mays Bridge Road. Reports said that Itson struck the victim, her husband, in the head with a closed fist. Police added that Itson violated a court order to stay away from her husband before attacking him. Itson was arrested in April for beating the victim. Itson is charged with simple assault and aggravated stalking.
