News of businesses closing is never fun...but unfortunately, a local favorite has announced they'll be closing their doors for good and people have STRONG opinions. The signs are up and the news is out... Al's Sporting Goods will be closing their doors for good and they're looking to clear their shelves as son as possible. Al's Sporting Goods came to Boise from Utah in 2022 and touted the best deals on the most popular brands. The store will indeed be closing and their last day in business will be October 17th, 2026.
